YOUR ROLE

• Shape and drive the global internal innovation communication strategy for Henkel Adhesive Technologies
• Inspire the global innovation community with the internal communication agenda
• Create new inspiring and efficient communication channels and co-develop content for newsletters, events, etc.
• Be responsible for impactful global communication and know-how sharing events
• Run innovation change management programs bringing the organization to the next level
• Leverage new digital tools to make communication and transformation even more impactful
• Challenge the status quo and come up with new, innovative ways to make an impact

YOUR SKILLS

• Successfully completed university degree with a focus on communication, marketing, journalism or similar profession
• Several years of proven track record in a similar position in a corporate environment
• Proven experience with digital communication tools and platforms
• Experience in change-, brand-, and campaign management
• Creativity and can-do mindset
• Passion to work in diverse teams and collaborate across boundaries
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities
• Proficient oral and written communication in English language
